1) Go to www.ebidsets.com. This site requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.

2) Scroll down and click in “Join Plan site”

3) Complete the information and print out the confirmation page.
Please note: Your USER ID should EXCLUDE all periods and use all upper case letters. Example: J.L. Paving should be JL PAVING. The password that you choose is case sensitive and can be up to 10 characters.

4) Login to the system using your new USER ID and password.

5) Scroll down to the section called “View and order plans”.

6) Login to the project. Project name: ___________ Password:___________

7) Click on the box to the right of our name with a project number on it.

8) Now that you’re into the project, you see the following: upper left: project summary; upper right: project notes/pricing; lower left: project drawings; lower right: specifications

9) To view drawings or the specification table of contents: click the magnifying glass icon next to the drawing number. The first time you do this on a PC will require a certificate to be loaded that enables the viewer. YOU MUST SAY YES to this certificate in order to view documents online. The certificate takes a moment to load depending on the speed of your internet connection.

10) Check the drawings that you wish to order. You may choose the drawings individually or choose by division name by entering A for architectural, S for structural, etc. In some cases, you will be required to purchase complete sets only. This will be determined by the owner/architect and noted in the project notes area.

11) Follow the ordering process until you receive an order confirmation. You will be prompted for items like: half size or full size prints, date/time required, shipping instructions, etc. Please print the order confirmation for your records.

Addenda will be posted to this site for you to view online also. If the addenda applies to your work you may “right click” and save the document to your PC and print hard copy with your personal printer if you prefer hardcopy.
